We are urgently in need of Skin Care Therapist for a Retail Shop of a leading spa product in Bahrain.
Key Responsibilities:
„Ï To pro-actively and enthusiastically drive sales and ensure that both personal targets and counter targets are met, and to strive to exceed set targets.
„Ï To raise awareness of the brand and educate clients in the product and treatment range.
„Ï To participate fully in promotional / PR activity and ensure the success of the promotion and/or event.
„Ï Ensure products and treatments prescribed are appropriate to clients needs and take into account medical contraindications.
„Ï To carry out treatments punctually and to a consistently high standard in accordance with clients` requirements and as per the training received to strive for repeat bookings.
„Ï To assist the Account Management Team in accurately recording sales figures and stock levels.
„Ï To maintain the Elemis counter, site and treatment areas to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation.
„Ï Ensure that customer service is of the highest standard and to handle any client complaints promptly and consult the Account Management Team in all cases.
„Ï Ensure that all details regarding clients are kept in the strictest of confidence and information is never discussed with inappropriate parties either inside or outside of the Company.
„Ï To work as a team with other individuals and colleagues in the Company and within Retail Shop sharing knowledge when appropriate, helping colleagues and promoting a spirit of mutual respect and support.
„Ï Understand and abide by Company and departmental rules, policies and procedures.
„Ï To carry out other duties as so requested by management at time to time.
Qualifications:
„Ï Preferably candidates are located in BAHRAIN
„Ï Beauty Therapy qualification to NVQ level 3 or equivalent
„Ï CIDESCO certificate highly desirable
„Ï Good level and standard of UK/European education or equivalent
Job Specifications:
„Ï Experience within a similar retail / store role and industry
„Ï Proven sales record
„Ï Practical work experience in conducting treatments
„Ï Previous experience working with a professional brand
„Ï Elemis treatment and product knowledge*
„Ï Knowledge of the Elemis Company philosophy*
