Under the direction, guidance and supervision of the Nurse Manager or designee, the Registered Nurse is responsible for professional nursing care for a designated number of critical care patients and provides direction and supervision to non-professional and professional personnel in providing direct patient care. Able to prioritize care for multiple patients, accountable for the assess, plan, implementation, evaluation of the adult and geriatric patients. Demonstrating the ability to work with patient`s growth, develop, psychosocial needs specific to each population being served, and meets standards of quality as measured by the PI process. Assumes delegated team leader and/or resource nurse responsibilities as assigned. |
