Reporting directly into the Systems Manager you will be responsible for the following -
- Day to Day Support
- Out of Hours support
- Data Centre Support
- Service Desk Support
- Server Support
- ITIL process
This is a great opportunity to join a well known and established brand here and to be involved in project based work as well as bau support.
In order to be considered you must have experience in the following -
- Windows Exp
- Unix Exp
- Juniper Firewall experience
- ITIL understanding
- Willing to travel
- PC Installation experience
- Network experience
