Occupational Therapist
Los Angeles, CA
We seek multiple seasoned ADHC occupational therapists for our numerous clinics throughout Los Angeles. Occupational therapist shall:
• Provide an occupational therapy program for the physical & mental rehabilitation of participants.
• Evaluates patients, direct patient treatment, supervision of OT aides and oversight of treatment provided by OT aides, reassessments, quarterlies, provides in-services & education.
• Work one-on-one with patients focusing on their individual needs to help them achieve improved quality of life and a sense of independence.
• Concentrate on ameliorating the physical, mental, social and emotional sources of patients’ disabilities.
• We are the only PACE (Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly) model of care in Los Angeles so geriatric health services experience is preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy required, must be licensed by the California Board of Occupational Therapy, must maintain current CPR Training. Experience in a social or health service program or agency, preferably with the geriatric population strongly desired.
