| Job Description: |
Pluck is looking for a detail-oriented MBA candidate (or a graduate candidate in a related field) to complete projects toward the development of Pluck’s reporting and case studies capabilities.
The Marketing Intern will help Pluck develop a better understanding of product usage, performance and behavioral characteristics in deployments with mainstream media customers.
The duration of the internship is flexible.
In this role, the selected candidate will:
• Work with data from deployments and other existing sources to deliver analysis and conclusions around performance and usage
• Work with marketing, product management and sales and business development teams to define requirements for:
o Customer “self-service” reports for deployment success tracking
o Cross-customer application reporting for product marketing
• Develop detailed documentation and plans for reporting products and projects
• Collect usage data and metrics from customers and build strong case studies
• Develop analytical tools to demonstrate business values to prospect customers
• Identify best practices via opportunistic hypothesis testing with key customers

Skills Required:: |
• Marketing research experience
• Experience working with large sets of data to “tell a story”
• Ability and experience presenting actionable data findings to stakeholders and senior management
• Understanding of common data warehousing and web reporting practices
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams from engineering to executive
• Understanding and interest in the media industry including publishers, broadcasters and brands
• Current candidate for MBA or related graduate degree
• Deep familiarity with social media technologies a huge plus
