| Job Description: |
You will ideally have local experience and have full knowledge of all legal matters related to real estate and construction contractual agreements
• Experience with purchase documents, especially all pre contract advice, sale contracts and supporting document requirements, financing and securities documentation, property development and subdivisions of land, buildings advice on planning legislation and use of land restrictions, environmental issues and advice on reports and requirements, negotiations with local government and other authorities leases and leasing advice.
• Responsible for all legal documentation, including requirements of compliance with relevant authorities, in relation to sales and delivery of off plan projects end to end
• Must liaise with RERA and Land Department and be familiar with new and proposed laws and regulations
• Must be commercially astute with understanding of company law |
Skills Required:: |
• Knowledge of Dubai and UAE Property Law
• Law with emphasis on Property Law or equivalent
• Knowledge of court system/procedures and legal ethics
• Technical Arabic (legal documentations, drafting, contracts, etc.)
