Job Description
Vignette VCM and Vignette Portal Developer/System Engineer
Augment the Web Content and publishing engineering team, and provide hands-on/hands-off Vignette consulting services in the area of minor code customization, code deployment, troubleshooting, systems tuning, systems configuration, best practices, scripting, automation etc. Supporting a custom web content publishing and delivery application that was developed/extended using Vignette Content Management version 7.3.1 API and Vignette Application Portal version 7.2.2 API, and to integrate, and to run on the Vignette platform described above.
7-10 years of experience with Vignette Experience in using IBM WAS on Solaris platform for Vignette VCM and Portal solutions.
50% J2EE application development on Vignette VCM and Vignette Portal on Solaris platform, IBM WebSphere Application Server 50% system engineering/system administration on Vignette VCM and Vignette Portal on Solaris platform, IBM WebSphere Application Server JDBC (Java Database Connectivity)
