•VPN : Cisco Routers, V.35 and G703 modems (Monitoring &Troubleshooting)
•Looking after maintenance of Infrastructure including LAN/WAN & Network Equipmemnts.
•Telecom Equipment For IP/MPLS Network(Router(2600,1800,3600), Modem(RAD E1 Modem), VPN,MUX,FCD-IP etc. )
•Network Technologies -ATM, MPLS, Frame-Relay,PPP,IP,OSPF,EIGRP
•Initialization of Leased Line Projects.
•DCN Implementation across all the Zones on Network Equipments.
•VAS projects for MH circle.
•Resolution of various Network Issues (Latency, Connectivity etc)
•Accessing Feasibility of Projects (Leased Line,VPN,VOICE).
•Implementation/Maintenance of VPN/MPLS Link with ISP’s
•Routing Protocols (OSPF,IGRP, EIGRP,).
•Managing the mission critical data centers and ISP Infrastructure, consisting of Routers, OFC MUX and Switches.
•Data center NOC day today operations
•Supported products for various network infrastructure. Work with Network Operation center to ensure uninterrupted connectivity and device functionaries.
•Taking individual responsibility for resolving network-related issues reported to the Ops team from multiple sources including trouble tickets, phone calls and automated alerts.
•Routing related tasks included providing Cisco router configuration and change management,
•Voice/RingBack Tones integrated with Nokia, Siemens, Ericsson MSCs.
•In-Call Network Solutions Missed call Alert, Dynamic VoiceMail, Sponsored Call, Auto Dialer, Voice SMS Service Inbound And Outbound (Cricket Updates, SMS)
•Providing Voice Based Service for Outbound and Inbound Calls (Autodialler).
•Successfully migrated CRBT on Media Gateway.
