| Job Description: |
ć Working as part of the subs team to ensure that the newspaper (excluding sports) goes to press on schedule every day.
ć Ensuring that all subbed and finished pages are as accurate as possible and conform to the newspapers editorial and design guidelines and does not infringe any sensitivities and cause offence.
ć Liaising and working in cooperation with all other team members and relevant departments to ensure smooth workflow, maximum efficiency and a positive working environment. Handling all complaints from the public in an appropriate fashion.
ć Ensuring the senior management is kept informed of all relevant information which may influence the team, the paper or the company.
ć To recommend any changes that you feel should be made within the company to improve efficiency.
