Qualified or trainee managers required to cover two shifts in two central HCMC restaurants. High level of attention to service is essential and rewards shall be dependent on ability and workrate / performance.
Must be willing to accept responsibility, be able to cover role of Deputy Manager whilst also able to work alongside subordinate staff in service and prep areas.
English skills preferred but not essential. Experience preferred, ambition even moreso.
