Our client is one of the largest Groups of Companies based in the Middle East. The group has significant interests in sectors such as Hotels, Distribution, Consumer Electronics, Real Estate, Media Communication, Financial Services etc. They are looking for a very senior Human Resources professional who can provide strategic
direction, develop & direct implementation of Human Resources plans & programs and demonstrate leadership in continually striving to establish Human Resources practice throughout the organization.
Managing Director – Human Resources (Based in Middle East)
US$250,000 – 280,000 p.a. plus variable bonus

Job Description:
• Reports to the Vice President of the Business Division.
• Responsible for leading and managing the overall HR functions in line with company values and business objectives.
• Drive Organizational Development across senior management levels.
• Provide guidance and coaching to Board Members on HR related matters in a positive, flexible and complete manner.
• Ensure fairness and equity across organization for salary, performance review and any other associated treatment and initiative.
• Develop leaders and successors within the organization who are equip and ready to take higher challenges and responsibilities.
• Responsible for leading and managing the change management program within the organization.
• Ensure the implementation of systems and processes to assure the organization has the appropriate skills, competencies, and resources to achieve business objectives.
• Ensure implementation and continuously improve the effectiveness of the Performance Management system to enhance employees’ performance and development.
• Manage effective and efficient HR communication systems. |
Skills Required:: |
• HR or related Degree or Master in recognized university.
• Sounds knowledge of all areas in HR and its best practices.
• Minimum 10 years HR management experience particularly with multinational
companies of which 5 years must be in senior management level.
• Proven track record in managing a sizeable multinational HR organization.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English. |
