Responsibilities:
Review, enhance, upgrade existing system/ infrastructure design and develop technical
Documentation such as system configuration, plan and specifications
Administrate & monitors different Application Systems, Email System, Security System, NT environment, company user accounts, network routers, switches, firewalls, VPN Secure Networks, Exchange Server, involving installation, configuration, monitoring, tuning and application supports
Maintain domain infrastructure to the computer network environment
Maintain the network security and protect from intruder hacking
Perform data management including e-mails/files/database backup and provide instructive desktop supports to end users
Evaluate the performance of application server, systems, security policy
Audit all computers status, performance, storage capacity
Identify, research, resolve technical problems to end users on Company IT equipment and software applications including ERP system, desktop computers, notebooks, peripherals, cell phones, blackberry, copiers, fax machines, scanners, office applications, CCTV and telecommunication equipments
Participate IT related ad hoc tasks as required
Requirements:
Higher Diploma or above in IT or computer related discipline, background from SME trading is preferred
At least 5 years solid experience in MS Windows/SQL Server, database administration, ERP implementation & support
Mcp, Mcse & Ccna qualification will be an advantage
Familiar with Linux, ASP.NET is preferred
Technical knowledge on the security, Anti-virus management, remote access solution and
Website design.
Good analytical and problem solving skill on technical level, able to meet service level and deadlines Honest, self-motivated, pleasant, detailed-minded, able to work independently, initiatively, result-oriented and good team player able to work under pressure and irregular working hours
Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
Immediate availability is highly preferable
