A Property Manager is needed for a Southwest Houston apartment community. Manager will be responsible for overall supervision of the property; leasing; marketing and showing apartments; posting and collecting rent; and handling evictions. Excellent customer service skills are necessary as is a positive, outgoing attitude! Experience with Rent Roll, Onesite is required; living on property is an option. Requirements include bilingual Chinese; strong customer service skills and an attitude that takes pride in doing a great job! Candidates with Assistant Manager experience can be trained!
