We are a global aid and development dealer for Ford Motor Company and sell/modify vehicles for use by humanitarian and development non-governmental organizations, government and commercial businesses.
Our On Site Construction Services offering experienced Project Managers and crew for customers include US Embassy, international security companies and major USAID contractors.
Responsibilities;
Based in Kabul, Afghanistan, responsible for reporting and documentation being performed on a project.
Read, evaluate and understand drawings, specifications and contractual obligations.
When additional drawings and specifications are received after contract award, evaluate the contract documents to the addendum documents- compare differences
(if any) and generate Change Orders when a cost and/or time difference is involved.
Create a project budget based upon the initial estimation.
Organize and process purchase receipts.
Organize product submittals.
Organize and document material testing.
Final draft and submission of Request for Information (RFI) to the client in cooperation with the Site Superintendent.
Final draft and submission of daily project reporting and photographs in cooperation with the Site Superintendent.
Plan project mobilization and demobilization in cooperation with the Site Superintendent.

Skills Required:: |
Proven Project Management experience in Construction business
At least bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Minimum 5 years experience in construction project management role
Strong leadership , communication , interpersonal and cross cultural skills
Excellent command of English and computer literate
Be able to work under pressure and to be based in Kabul, Afghanistan
