For one of our customer, we are currently looking for Service Provider Manager “European Citizen Only”
Consultancy
Starting date: ASAP
3 Months renewable
Language skills: French, Dutch and English is a must. “written, spoken and presentation”
Location of activities: Brussel
Profile:
The Service Provider Manager is responsible for Planning and Tracking of the Service Providers used in the whole RAN process and progress related NodeB activities within the “NEW” Project.
Roles & Responsibilities
The Service Provider Manager is responsible for, but not limited to:
Single point of contact with the SP’s
Create SoW based on site engineering
Contract management
SLA and KPI measurement, monitoring and reporting toward SP’s and the customer Project Management
Provide a liable planning related to all activities part of the SP’s SoW
Control, maintain and track planning
Escalate in case planning is not followed
Weekly progress reporting
Approving SP’s work
Purchase and invoice follow up
Prioritize activities with the SP’s
Approving costs
Quality of data in Site Handler
Solving problems escalated by Subcontractors
Authorities:
The Service Provider Manager shall have sufficient authorization rights in the corporate environment to be able to efficiently execute the described role.
