We need an experienced chef / cook to prepare daily specials and menus from appetizers, main course and desert (pastries or other) using steam, wok and saucepans as raw food as well: sprouts and vegetables.
Our extensive kitchen equipment is all imported from France and the US.
The ideal person would be a young Asian creative female / male, married or single. |
Skills Required:: |
Being able to prepare fresh produces harvested from our organic and herbs garden.
We do not wish to use red meat as we have farmed raised poultry: chickens, turkeys and ducks.
Our cuisine would be a mixture of French and Asian (Thai, Vietnamese, Indian), dishes with a Latin flair.
