Energy Accounting Executive $80K to $85K
A Sr. Accounting Executive is needed for a major company in Houston, Texas. Responsibilities will include preparation and analysis of daily profit and loss reports, month-end managements preparation and analysis, including rates testing and completion of ad-hoc requests from Front Office, other FOD areas and RMD Finance and Tax, will perform daily P&L reporting, accounting versus Economic P&L, monthly management reporting pack,analysis of cash movements, funding requirements, including sale of receivables, analysis of FX positions, expense analysis, preparation of Month-End File, liaise and communicate with other internal departments where appropriate and quarterly reporting to FERC. Key requirements are to posses strong analytical skills, strong IT skills, clear communicator, sound technical accounting skills, broad knowledge and understanding of financial markets, working knowledge of commodity markets and derivatives would be an advantage, but not essential.

Qualifications are to have 3 to 5 years CPA experience; financial service industry in the energy market. |
