Responsibilities:
providing a point of contact for all finance related queries to the Clients,
coordinating tasks regarding to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Buy Center,
ensuring accurate balance sheet accounts reconciliation and inter company reconciliation process,
preparing and posting journal entries,
ensuring completion of close process in an accurate and timely manner,
preparation of accruals, pre-paid releases, posting of bank transactions,
performing a high level review of both B/S and P/L for obvious errors, omissions or inconsistencies,
managing the preparation of all compliance documentation,
ensuring SOX compliance within the team,
supporting audit of financial statements as required.

Skills Required:: |
Requirements:
fluent knowledge of one of the above languages,
very good English writing and speaking skills,
at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in BPO,
masters degree (preferably in accountancy, finance or economics),
good knowledge of local GAAP, SOX control and reporting standards/procedures,
good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel), knowledge of ERP (SAP, Oracle) is desirable,
good analytical and problem solving skills,
experience in new process implementation,
team management experience,
excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
strong organizational, multi-tasking and time-management skills.
