As a team member you are the frontline of our business. We are looking for individuals who have a `can do` attitude and are prepared to work hard whilst having fun along the way. Previous experience working in a food retail environment is advantageous but not essential. Your responsibilities include everything from taking the customer`s order through to clean up at the end of the day.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate sales of all products including upselling.
Keep work area clean and organized.
Maintain visually presentable area for the members.
Count cash drawers at beginning and end of shift.
Complete all necessary forms including: Count Sheet, Drop Sheet, Utility Sheet, z-out, etc.
Assist in inventory.
Know, understand, and follow all policies, procedures and standards.
Facilitate all member requests or forward to a manager.
Assist in all projects as delegated by General Manager.
Stock all products needed before, during and after the shift.
Know all information re: snacks, bottled drinks, bars, etc.
Clean all equipment upon end of shift and store properly.
Unpack, tag and display new retail deliveries.
