| Job Description: |
My client is a world leader in integrated power plant power production services and air quality control systems, are currently seeking a Technical Tendering & Costing Manager to join their Hydro Europe Group. The client works with all energy forms (coal, gas, nuclear, fuel-oil, hydropower and wind) and is a leader in environmental protection (reduction of CO2 emissions, reduction of nitrogen oxide emissions).
Job Role & Duties to include:
•Management of the tender process
•Define process of approval
•Define the TTC process for each project location
•Setup baseline site costs
•Define and standardise TTC files
•Setup KPI site activities with Project Management
Subcontractors Management:
•Consolidate Hydro Group Europe erection subcontractors
•Develop process of subcontractor qualification
•Build erection subcontractors cost
•Finalize subcontract implementation with the Project Director
•Build business partnerships
•Manage subcontractors response
Tender Involvement:
•Validation of the Erection proposal
•Validation of global site costs
•Tender validation
•Lead global tenders for Turbine, Generator & Hydro Mechanical systems
Interface Management
•Investigate and standardise processes with engineering
•Investigate and standardise processes with Sourcing
•Investigate and standardise processes with Transport & Logistics
