General Duties:
Manages operations of the AGM retail stores in the areas of store operations; sales, human resources; finance; inventory & buying; customer development & care; logistics; merchandising, information technology; and administration.
To improve the commercial performance of the group of stores by increasing its turnover and maximizing profitability.
Ensuring that all stores operate under the approved standard procedures.

Skills Required:: |
Experienced in supermarket or gourmet store management – minimum 2-3 years. Operations Management preferred.
Between 28-35 years old, male or female.
English speaker. Vietnamese language a plus
Have a pleasing personality and good in customer relations
Hust have good organizational skills and has good eye for detail in the store.
Proficient in both oral and written communications
Computer literate
Other important skills : Creative and with high initiative, Patient and determined to succeed, Organized
Willing to work long hours if needed.
Willing to travel within Vietnam
