Requirements
1) Min Diploma in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.
2) Planning skill.
3) Analytical skill.
4) Management and control of staff and workforce.
5) Ability to plan and provide Logistic Support to all the Company Projects.
6) Ability to lead and make decision.
7) Ability to commit and implement HSE Management System.
8) Ability to implement ISO-9000 Management System and Procedure.
9) Min 10 yrs experience in repairs & maintenance of machineries in Oil & Gas Industries or related fields.
10) Understanding & ability to implement BSP/client’s Safety Standard Requirement & Compliances.
11) Able to coach and train subordinates.
12) Knowledge in electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems functionality and controls.
13) Computer literate-basic and sufficient knowledge for routine work requirements.
