Position Title: Training Engineer
Location: Tokyo, Japan
Reports To: Training Engineer
Description: The incumbent will mainly deliver product and application specific training to customers in Japan in order to help them achieve efficient and proper use of the company’s products. Primary areas of instruction beside the company’s products include signal processing as well as numerical analysis, simulation and modeling.
Responsibilities: The incumbent is the premier technical and instructional expert in the company’s products, technologies, and solutions.
· Research industry and application specific concepts
· Maintain course content and deliver courses on multiple products
· Provide appropriate feedback to the development and sales organizations
· Identify course improvements based on student evaluations
Qualifications: The incumbent should possess strong written and verbal (both Japanese & English) skills. Demonstrated ability to enthuse and motivate others as well as deliver excellent stand-up training for highly technical audience is required.
1. MS in Engineering (BS with relevant years of experience) or similar
2. Knowledge of technical software or similar products
3. Engineering experience as applied to signal processing
