Maintenance Supervisor (senior ) (revised)

The position is responsible for all ongoing electrical, instrumentation and maintenance activities required for all process and auxiliary equipment found within the companies and support operations.
The incumbent must have experience in DCS, PLC and knowledge of D.C. drives and A.C. variable frequency drives and possess as a solid mechanical aptitude and be prepared to deal with unexpected equipment and machine failures. The incumbent must use a systematic approach in identifying and analyzing problems, in order to develop and implement suitable solutions and assign and supervise personnel to resolve maintenance related issues.
The position directly supervises8 unionized employees in the electrical, instrumentation
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of Supervisory experience in an industrial setting.
a degree or diploma in electrical engineering, process control or an equivalent combination of education and experience in a manufacturing.
