Our client is interested in recruiting a dynamic Software solutions sales professional to join its team it`s team in Hong Kong with the below responsibilities
Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will be responsible for overall leadership of software solution sales and business development in Insurance sector in Hong kong providing domain expertise and presales support.
- Identify, develop sales and demand creation strategies and action plans to achieve revenue and gross profit targets that will produce maximum market penetration
- Identify objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short-and-long term sales margins
- New Client Acquisition: Develop, acquire and manage new clients in Insurance sector
- Client/Key Account Management at multiple levels, especially with key decision makers to determine sales objectives
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with C-Level executives, solution partners and product managers to provide software solutions/products/services to these customers.
- Bring contacts and connections in the industry by selling software solutions to Insurance
- Prepare the strategy in line with the organisational strategy to penetrate in the industry and create a brand.
Requirements:
- A bachelors degree in Engineering/IT/Business or preferably MBA
- A minimum 7-10 years of relevant industry experience preferably with a large IT consulting company or solutions provider focusing on BFSI-Insurance Sector
- Exposure to off-shore or far-site model
- Should be result oriented and focused on numbers.
- Strong leadership ability
