Due to their aggressive expansion, they are now seeking a candidate who has a strong service mindset, good customer service skills, a positive attitude and the eagerness to succeed to join their ranks as the General Manager for the F&B Chain in Vietnam.

Key Responsibilities
· Responsible for managing the start-up of a new F&B outlets in Ho Chi Minh city and growing more outlets in Vietnam;
· Monitor the outlets-sales performance, costing and staffing arrangement;
· Accountable for the P&L of the business;
· In charge of Marketing, F&B and Operations to enhance the business portfolio.
Key Requirements
· Experience in F&B operations in Vietnam and other developing countries is highly preferred.
· Strong business acumen, leadership and communication skills.
· Strategic thinker with hands-on F & B operational know-how.
· A good university degree/professional qualification in any discipline.
· At least 8 years or above of relevant experience as a General Manager in F&B industry.
· Ability to deal with multi-cultural business practices.
· Energetic person with proactive attitude.
