Skills Required:: |
Must have retail management experience as an Assistant Store Manager, Store Manager, or District Manager in a fast-paced environment.
Managers hired for this location must be able to train out of state for several months in an existing Christmas Tree Shops store. We will provide reimbursement for mileage, tolls, meals accroding to our travel posliy as well as hotel accomodations and periodic trips home.
Must have hands-on experience leading the Merchandising function (i.e., responsible for inventory, merchandise content, merchandise presentation) and/or the Operations function (i.e., responsible for front end, customer service, receiving, human resources) at store level.
Must have well-developed leadership, communication, and team building skills.
Must possess a strong sense of urgency and a drive for results
