Project Manager - Dubai
Company:
A well established business group having diversified business interests is looking for a creative, dynamic, result-oriented person to fill in the position of Project Manager:
Job Purpose (Objective)
Key responsibilities:
•Responsible for the smooth operation of the Project & Maintenance Dept.
•Evaluate the Project and maintenance function taking in the Group companies and recommend the appropriate model for reengineering the Project and Maintenance Dept.
•Develop and enhance the Project and Maintenance Dept policies & procedures.
•Develop the competency of current human resource to handle the future roles.
•Develop the Key Performance areas and key performance Indicators for Project & Maintenance Dept.
•Responsible for facility management for the entire group companies.
•Planning and execution of new projects.
•Project monitoring and prepare project performance reports
•Leading and monitoring the team through the project management tools.
•Identify and develop suitable vendors / suppliers for products and materials.
•Establish project schedules and & cost control procedures.
•Liaise with contractors / developers and various government authorities for necessary approvals.
Education: B. Tech in Civil or relevant degree
Experience: 10-15 years in similar industry with track record in project control, planning & contract administration.
Person Specifications:
• Assertive and proactive with excellent communication skills
• Should be energetic – Go Getter
• CAD and BOQ understanding are advantage
Computer skills:
Good Computer Skills in relevant system is preferred
Salary: At par with qualification, knowledge and experience
