**Please note this position is on an oil rig therefore the relevant exp. is required**
Our client is looking for an experienced and qualified Platform Commissioning Supervisor. HSE Cert, HUET Cert, Survival Cert a must.
Must have exp. and exposure to Oil/Gas/Refinery & Petrochem Process Plant operation knowledge.
Implementation of onshore and offshore infrastructure-Wellheads/Oil & Gas Compressions/Water Injection/Utilities/Drilling Production/Inter-bridges platforms, Drillingships, Pipelines, Refineries. Understanding of ISO Certs.
Detailed understanding of software in use and HVAC Standards and codes - OIM, CSR, SRE.
Documented meetings with QA/QC Project Management Teams, Group Operations and Project Engineers.
Understand the process of handovers of platforms after completion.
Ensures that safety and efficiency is carried-out during pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
• Performed pre-commissioning activities necessary for the plant start-up. Activity includes: Tank cleaning, water flushing, air blowing, system drying, tightness test, air freeing of pipelines, preparation of product loading pumps, crude charge pumps, tank mixers, Vapor Recovery Unit, packages prior to mechanical running test.
• Commissioning of plant systems and equipment such as product tanks, component tanks, oily water system, chemical injection packages, loading pumps, crude charge pumps, truck loading system, Vapor Recovery unit, and Sulfur Granulation Unit.
• Responsible for the correct and safe operation of plant equipment (instrument, stationary, and rotating).
• Routine monitoring and inspection of running units during operation.
• Proper preparation and handover of equipments for maintenance and conducts pre-inspection before start-up.
