One of our leading partners specialized in Construction is looking for an experienced Civil Engineer for the opportunity to become a Project Manager to join their team in Dubai.
Minimum 15 years of construction experience is required.
Responsibilities:
-To execute huge Construction Projects on fast track basis to very high quality requirements.
-To be able to administer and organize a large work force and major sub contractors.
-Ensure delivery on-time, within budget, and to full customer satisfaction
Skills:
-Relevant experience in construction and project management
-Ability to handle multiple projects, simultaneously.
-Demonstrable ability to independently deal with top class consultants, clients and specialist subcontractors.
-Knowledge of utilizing project management software.
-Good technical knowledge.
-Thorough knowledge of fast track projects, cost control.
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills
-Ability to motivate subordinates.
Education:
-Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering
