Job Summary
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for the planning, leading, organizing, controlling and directing the
Maintenance Unit to ensure availability of plant machineries and equipment in support of attaining business objectives for continuous operation. Develops and implements preventive and corrective maintenance program.
Assist and supports the VP-Manufacturing towards the achievement of the departmental and corporate medium to long term goals and objectives.
4. JOB Specifications
F. Age: 30 to 45 years of age
G. Education: Electrical / Mechanical Engineering graduate preferably with license
H. Experience: At least three (3) years experience in Industrial Plant Maintenance
I. Break-in-period: Six (6) months
J. Others : Thorough knowledge and experience on plastic machinery especially in pipe
Extrusion
Essentially strong in handling people and in implementing preventive
Maintenance systems and procedures.
Pro-active and result oriented
Computer literate
