| Job Description: |
Our client assists physicians by enhancing personalized treatment options for their cancer patients through access to tumor specific data and expert medical information panels.
Our client also also administers expert Medical Information Panels that include renowned experts from each of the disciplines that are critical to the patients specific cancer. The goals of the medical panel are to: (i) analyze prior medical records, (ii) recommend specialized testing and interpretation of data, and (iii) assist in evaluating both conventional and novel treatment options.
The Oncology Nurse Associate is responsible for supporting the Personalized Oncology Services business. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: (i) assisting with client services and communications, (ii) arranging, tracking and reporting on client activities and progress.
Duties And Responsibilities
Assist in all aspects of providing service to prospective clients and clients.
Assist with arrangements for obtaining client cancer tissues, transporting and testing such tissues at contract facilities, tracking progress and reporting results.
Assist in obtaining client records and test results and posting appropriate records and test results on secure, web accessible database.
Assist with Panel meetings and follow up teleconferences with leading oncologists, surgeons, radiologists and other experts.
Assist in client concierge services and client communications.
Assist with fulfilling informational and other requests from clients.
Maintain clinical and other records for each client and provide weekly reports.
Document and report changes in client situations.
Assure discreet handling of all client activities.

Skills Required:: |
Required Qualifications
Current active RN license.
Minimum three years oncology nursing experience.
Demonstrated excellent project management experience.
Demonstrated excellent written and oral communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team.
Strong organizational and multi tasking skills.
Microsoft Office software skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Project, and Access).
Sensitivity to the needs of persons with cancer.
High degree of discretion dealing with confidential information.
Skilled in cultural sensitivity and awareness.
Familiar with oncology drugs and clinical trials.
Preferred Qualifications
Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project and Access.
Oncology Nursing Certification.
Multi-lingual.
Business experience and skills.
