Executive/personal Assistant To $95k
Provide support to the Principal, handle complex business and personal calendars, coordinate extremely complex international and domestic travel itineraries; commercial and private planes, compose, prepare and edit correspondence, reports and presentations, coordinate all details for meetings and events, occasional travel with Principal as needed and manage mobile office, assist with the smooth operation of residences, assist with hiring and managing household staff and vendors as well as vendor contract negotiations. Handle accounts payable and reconciling bank and credit card statements.

Skills Required:: |
Must be extremely polished, high-energy with excellent job stability and must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) as well as other electronic devices. Position located in los angeles, california. Job hoppers need not apply; bring your “a” game to an “a” team!
