Duties will include the following:
- Stock refrigerators and salad bars and keep records of the quantities of food used
- Receive payment for food items purchased
- Portioning and wrapping food or placing it directly on plates for service to patrons, and package take-out food
- Cleaning, peeling, slicing and trimming foodstuffs using manual and electric appliances
- Taking customers order
- Preparing food such as soup, sandwiches, hot beverages and breakfast items
- Serving patrons at counters
