We are in need of well qualified and experienced Spa & Salon Manager for our clients in Middle East.
The role will covers the following:
1. Monitor and supervise daily SPA & Salon performance and report daily activity to the Department Manager.
2. Ensure the availability of equipment and material needed to perform daily activities.
3. To supervise the reception area and scheduling of appointments, guest relations, and ensure smooth running of services.
4. Maximize revenues by efficient booking and client follow up.
5. To monitor stock control and efficient use of products and equipment.
6. To monitor and control maintenance of equipment functionality.
7. Ensure complete cleanliness and tidiness of all sections of the SPA & Salon according to standards.
8. To implement departmental rules and regulations and ensure standards of services are continually updated.
9. Prepare and submit a report on daily product consumptions against the total sales on a daily basis.
10. Organize, lead, train and motivate the staff to ensure that set targets are met with respect to sales. collections, promotion and timely distribution.
11. Organize and supervise training and update sessions.
Measures of Performance:
• High knowledge of all services and treatments for the Salon and Spa.
• Effectiveness with which the SPA & Salon activities are performed.
• Ability to initiate, review, and implement effective policies and procedures of the SPA & Salon.
• Ability to supervise the SPA & Salon efficiently and effectively.
• Organization of work, control of priorities and production of timely and accurate reports.
• Ability to manage, supervise and provide guidance to responsible personnel.
• Ability to market SPA & Salon services
Experience and Qualifications
• A diploma of Cosmetology Course or any related field. International Diploma will be a preference.
• With 3 to 5 years of practical experience.
• Full knowledge of treatments, beauty products, Hair trends and latest technology skills
• Ability to be attuned to the demands and desires of the customers.
• Customer Service skills with proficiency of English (Arabic language is a bonus).
• Good communication and personnel management skills.
• Computer literate
• Good marketing and public relations skills.
