Our organisation are looking for determined and hard-working individualswho wish to succeed in a fast growing, stock-exchange listed, home shopping organisation.
Retailers – Distribution and collection of catalogues to the domestic market, coupled with stock ordering and arranging and delivery of customer-ordered merchandise. As the products sell themselves, you will NOT be cold calling and you do NOT need any previous sales or retail experience for this role - full training will be provided.
Team Leaders – Develop and coach a team of retailers. You will have a ‘hands on’ approach and will set an example by retailing yourself whilst motivating your team to ensure personal development for all.
Business Leaders – Promotion to Business Leader is a natural progression from the Team Leader role. You will now have sufficient experience to acquire a team of leaders, with whom you will personally train and motivate so that they can effectively coach and develop their retailers.
Full training provided.
