We are searching for a Support Analyst / CRM developer for a 1 year role in Milan, Italy (below you may find detailed job description).
Though the location specified is Milan, it is possible to work remotely with (estimated) 50% travel to Milan when the customer demands it. However the candidate must be available to travel onsite at short notice and unfortunately we cannot provide any cost cover to the flights and accommodation when in Milan.
Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
The role is to support an already existing CRM system for Vodafone Italy.
80% of the role is to provide maintenance support; analyse defects between core and customisation defects, then coding and documentation.
20% is to consult on new change requests for new functionality
· Support and resolve production problems and failures
· Answer queries from the customer regarding functionality and ability.
· Foresee potential production issues and put in place procedures, solutions to prevent them.
· Share knowledge of problems, new functionalities, procedures, methods within the team and other departments.
· Assist with the checking of new software versions, conversions, etc
· Design review for new changes to the system
Must Have Skills:
· Very good Java development skills
· Knowledge of Amdocs CRM (data model/thin client)
· Knowledge of JSB
· Knowledge of J2EE
· Knowledge of SQL
· Web Logic administration experience is an advantage
· Basic knowledge of UNIX, NT environments
Special Requirements: Italian is a MUST
