5 Openings need to be filled immediately. This opportunity will provide advice, counsel, and expertise to managers and supervisors in order to promote a positive and productive work environment and maximize the value of the workforce. Work closely with system management, taking a pro-active approach to preventing employee relation issues. Improve and enhance the department`s operational processes. You`ll complete special projects to support HR consultants and recruiters. The skills you`ll develop during your internship represent key strengths that are needed for a career in Human Resources.
Staffing and Recruiting:
Identify multiple recruiting sources for diversity and college recruiting.
Research organizations and associations for a potential candidate pool.
Develop relationships with colleges for future interns and recent college graduates.
Meet diversity goals by identifying diverse recruiting sources.
Analyze and report on current recruiting sources and their effectiveness.
Schedule and conduct phone screens and HR interviews.
Project Management Training:
Support and lead the internship program in region/call center.
Support HR strategies that result in increased employee engagement.
Paid Job Training for International Graduate Students, requires placement fee from Graduate Student. Usually tax free burden to international student through US tax treaties. This is an opportunity for a graduate international person to work with a top US company and learn invaluable experience and training. |
