Our priority is to find the right candidate for Pastry chef or Cake Artist who will be our first block in building the business and who will assist in establishing the technical standards and procedures of the business.

Skills Required:: |
The candidate must posses the following:
• Culinary education with pastry specialty
• Experience with high end pastry business
• Talent and skill in designing and decorating cakes
• Artistic nature
• Has kitchen Management skills
• Ability to prepare budget in conjunction with management.
• Ability to establish inventory levels and to handle purchasing and suppliers
• Ability to control and monitor all kitchen expenses
• Ability to train and direct all subordinate kitchen staff
• Ability to maintain standards of hygiene and cleanliness kitchen and related areas
