Offshore Medic
We are currently seeking English speaking Argentinian Healthcare Providers to join regular 5:5 week rotations, providing medical support to crews working onboard seismic survey vessels operating offshore Argentina. If interested, there would also be the option to remain with these vessels upon completion of Argentinian operations, sailing to other remote site locations worldwide.
With good standards of fitness and a proven emergency medical and trauma care background; candidates should have current ACLS and ATLS/ITLS/PHTLS certification. A valid Offshore Safety and Survival Certificate, to include helicopter underwater escape training, is an industry requirement, and details can be provided upon application.
Computer literate and able to work under their own initiative, our remote site medical professionals are team players, with an outgoing attitude and an interest in medical welfare, health, safety and hygiene promotion and general administration. |
Skills Required:: |

Doctors Diploma/Registration
Nursing Degree/Registration
Primary health care experience
Good trauma management skills
At least two years` post graduation experience
Advanced Cardiac Life Support skills
Advanced/Pre Hospital Trauma Life Support Skills
Good levels of health and fitness
Computer literate
Offshore Safety and Survival Certificate (BOSIET) would be required - advice can be given. |
