| Job Description: |
1\ Help KA marketing officer for operational synthesis towards the top Strategic customer.
2\ Lead in analyzing competition and strategic opportunity for the customer, responsible for lead the cross-dept. team in defining the Strategic and Business Plan; Lead in analyzing the deep understanding and studying the customer`s development (business/investment/technology) in terms of strategy, business development, core problems and industrial trends. Lead or organize activities to influence the customer’s requirements; Push to put into effect in the planning of the company’s product and solution and contribute to end-to-end solution development and customization.
3\ regularly communicate with middle/high (CXO) level management of the customer concerning business, investment, operation, technology and R&D (innovation center), significant requirements, and market trends. Lead to build good communication channel with customer functional dept. (Technology, Operation, Planning, MKTG and Strategy), responsible for implementation of high-level strategic communication,
4\ Lead marketing activities (delivering the key messages from the company, show rooms, on site seminars, demos, branding events, joint innovation centers & etc.) in the area of specific key customer.
5\ Coordinate with sales dept. to breakthrough or achieve strategic position for (Company)’s product and solutions. Provide support to sales and technical sales teams to reach sales targets.
Responsibilities:
6\ Responsible to manage strategic partnerships (technology vendors, CP, SP) for business development with target customer.
Requirements:
To be proficient in the comprehensive and profound knowledge and skills of marketing activities and a comprehensive vision of the telecom and ICT market;
Understand the market position, business/technology strategy and problems/needs of the key strategic customer. Have an outstanding knowledge of our products and product strategy.
Be able to accurately judge the development of telecom and ICT market.
Be able to guide the solving of major or complex problems of the marketing field.
Have successful experience in high-level strategic communication.
Be able to provide fully and effectively guidance for others in this area. |
