Role: At the moment, the company is offering new opportunities to Norwegian speakers with a keen interest on technologies. As a member of their Scandinavian technical support team, you will support customers on a variety of inbound IT related calls requiring you to troubleshoot customer queries on PC applications, hardware, software and networking.
Skills: To apply for this position you will need to have native fluency level in Norwegian and English. The ideal candidate should have some experience in Customer Service, preferably in a Call Centre Environment and be an advanced user of computers. Some knowledge of software, hardware and applications is required as the successful candidate will have to offer Helpdesk support for the Norwegian market. Good communication skills and the ability to multitask are also an advantage.
