Business & Finance Consulting (BFC), specializing in microfinance development and consulting, offers a challenging job opportunity for a Risk Management & Audit Consultant.
Duty station: Baku
Job responsibilities:
Provide recommendations and guidance in strengthening corporate governance
Strengthen risk management function and institution capacity building
Analyse and review institution`s risk management policies, procedures and control systems and implement revised set of procedures
Provide recommendations on adequate structure and functions of risk management unit
Review and improve controlling, risk management tools and other reporting procedures
Review and provide recommendations on the asset liability management and risk management reports
Improve the product development function and enhance customer relationship management skills of lending personnel
Conduct coaching and training for senior management and lending staff
Elaborate the functions and procedures for the Internal Audit Department, as well as a policy and procedures for internal control
Develop internal audit plan and a programme for future training and development

Skills Required:: |
Requirements:
University degree in Economics or other related fields
Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience in the financial sector
At least 5 years of experience in emerging markets, in particular CIS
Experience in audit and control function
Experience in developing and installing credit operations, risk management policies and procedures in financial institutions
Strong report writing skills, written studies and publications will be an advantage
Fluency in English, knowledge of Azeri, Russian and/or Turkish required
BFC is looking for a highly motivated, proactive and result oriented professional.
