Job responsibilities:
Coordinate the introduction and implementation of improved lending procedures
Conduct market review and provide strategic advice on product development in a local microfinance institution
Perform credit portfolio and risk analysis, and recommend corrective actions
Train staff, including front, back office and middle management
Advise middle and senior management on sound microlending practices and techniques
Introduce modern Human Resource Management and training programs, including TOT
Develop and maintain relationship with key stakeholders
Coordinate short term experts

Skills Required:: |
Requirements:
Solid experience in leading positions involving managing large teams or projects preferable
Experience in the region and internationally in implementing innovative MSE lending operations
Experience in training lending staff and middle management
Strong analytical and communication skills (spoken and written)
Excellent team player, dynamic and with initiative
Fluency in English; Knowledge of Arabic is an asset
