Contract opportunity in the Princeton, NJ area to deploy approx. 100 servers over a period of 9-18 months within physician`s offices. Work with lead Technical Architect to implement designs for a Health Information Exchange, providing connectivity for electronic health records (EHR or EMR) within the community. The successful candidate will have strong experience configuring and deploying the latest Microsoft Windows Server OS and SQL Server 2008 in professional environments. Will assist in building a hosting environment, and travel to physician practices in the Princeton NJ area to implement servers, software (including iMedica EMR), and Linksys devices, and provide testing, support and troubleshooting of network components installed. Mileage is reimburseable. A professional image and demeanor are musts, and prior experience within a medical practice or hospital is a plus. iMedica or other EMR software knowledge is ideal but not required. 4 year degree + 3-5 years of server-level experience desired. Must be able to work and solve problems independently, and display a service-oriented attitude.
