Our client is searching for a Lead Web Designer to perform the following tasks:
Propose, conceptualise and develop visual online solutions for various internal and externally linked departments;
Requirements include new sites, current site expansion/refresh, functional enhancements, brand reinforcement and mini-sites for events/services;
Online collateral requirements include site graphics, Web Pages, Flash applications including potential live feeds and software integration;
Propose and develop IA and User Flows to meet site requirements;
Provide guidance on site usability;
Collaborate with Web Developers to ensure designs are implemented correctly;
Set the highest standards of design by example and mentor other team members to raise level of the whole team;
Impart existing technical knowledge with team members, as well as learn new software as required; Work with key stakeholders to maintain the brand from a creative standpoint;
Follow studio processes throughout the course of each job,
Quality check all personal design output to ensure completed work is error-free, meets the brief, and achieves the desired design standards;
Ensure commercial focus and compliance of output at all times;
