| Job Description: |
Position: The Product Tester is responsible for testing FanBox products and services to identify bugs, abnormalities, unintended behavior, and report resulting issues to the development teams. He/she may be required to research issues submitted to Customer Service Reps and other team members. He/she will need to thoroughly investigate and document daily problems/technical issues with FanBox products, and proactively communicate issues to the development team. The ideal Product Tester is extremely thorough, diligent, reliable, and possesses good written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Identify unintended behavior within a product. Address and resolve any technical abnormalities and bugs found.
Test builds and updates to products to ensure that the content matches intended design.
Document bugs and issues found using an in house ticketing system so that developers can replicate the problem and address it.
Clearly communicate and track the status of the bug through fix iterations until a confirmed resolution is found.

Skills Required:: |
Possess good computer skills and knowledge of MS Office. Experience with Microsoft Windows XP, Microsoft Office, and experience with Microsoft Internet Explorer is required
SQL experience, especially SQL Server
Must be reliable and thorough, and possess excellent attention to detail
Ability to work well with others and independently
Ability to multi-task and perform in challenging environments
Multi-tasking capabilities
Excellent oral, writing, and presentation skills
Be able to provide clear proactive communications
Excellent troubleshooting skills
