Job Role:
To provide support and help to customers about company`s products over free company telephone lines
To handle all incoming Customer e-mails and telephone inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner, in order to assure Customer satisfaction connected
To communicate with colleagues and taking care that calls are routed to the right support groups and persons

The Profile we are looking for:
Excellent command of SPANISH language
Good command of English language
Ability to communicate with people and solving customer queries over phone or Internet
MS Office skills
We will consider as an advantage:
Very good command of some of the other European languages: ITALIAN, DUTCH, SWEDISH, DANISH, Norwegian, Finnish, POLISH, CZECH, Portuguese, Turkish
Some experience in service sector or in call/ support centre
