Job Description
Cardiovascular Technology and all related tasks within Cardiac Invasive work area, including surgical scrub. Primarily responsible for monitoring and assessment of hemo-dynamic data. Utilization of computers for clinical interpretating of data and assist with the delivery of patient care given during all Cardiac Invasive Procedures. Operation of computers to derive complex data for determination of patient cardiac status. May be cross-trained or assigned other duties as indicated.
Required Skills:
• One to three years’ clinical experience in invasive cardiology areas
• High school graduate or equivalent. Graduate of an AMA approved CVT program or related allied health program.
• Registered Cardiovascular Technologist with a specialty in invasive technology. Certified Bcls. Acls within 3 months of hire date.
