| Job Description: |
Inspection of fired / unfired pressure equipment in refinery, including steam rising plant, oil heaters, columns, vessels, heat exchangers, piping systems and storage tanks.
Calculation of permissible working pressure of equipment and reports findings.
Preparation of inspection work list for plant turnarounds and coordinates these functions with Engineering Maintenance, Operations and Consultant’s representatives
- Inspects critical equipment at suppliers works as directed.
- Conversant with non destructive testing methods.
- Conversant with latest API, ASME, ANSI, ASTM, TEMA, NACE codes / standards.
- Experience in RBI methodology is preferred
